CNN panel frets that Dems let Bolton & Mulvaney pass: ‘It’s a big sacrifice to give up those witnesses’

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin is pouting because House Democrats have decided not to compel the testimony of acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney and disgruntled former National Security Adviser John Bolton.

Toobin claims Mulvaney and Bolton might be able to offer damning testimony against President Trump in the Democrats’ doomed impeachment efforts.

“It’s a big sacrifice to give up those two witnesses,” Toobin said on Friday.

After Mulvaney and Bolton refused to testify, the Democrats decided to avoid a drawn-out court battle to compel their testimony. Toobin thinks this is a mistake.

Calling two hostile witnesses to plead the 5th adds nothing to the spectacle.  Maybe some testimony that comes from others or actions from the President that will make it compelling for Bolton and Mulvaney to want to testify. 
All i know is the public hearings have not even started and bizpacreview.com is already trying to ruin the magic for me.
