President Donald Trump reportedly wanted Attorney General William Barr to publicly clear him of any wrongdoing over his Ukraine phone call in July but Barr ultimately declined to do so.

“The request from Trump traveled from the president to other White House officials and eventually to the Justice Department,” The Washington Post reported. “The president has mentioned Barr’s demurral to associates in recent weeks, saying he wished Barr would have held the news conference, Trump advisers say.”

Bill Barr did not decline my request to talk about Ukraine. The story was a Fake Washington Post con job with an “anonymous” source that doesn’t exist. Just read the Transcript. The Justice Department already ruled that the call was good. We don’t have freedom of the press!

This is a fairly recent development - although it was always slanted leftward, there was always a grain of truth in MSM reporting. They're just flat making sh*t up now.
