A federal judge in New York on Wednesday struck down a new Trump administration rule that would have allowed health care clinicians to refuse to provide abortions for moral or religious reasons.

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York rejected the federal rule after women's groups, health organizations and multiple states sued the Department of Health and Human Services, arguing the exemptions were unconstitutional.

Unconstitutional?  This ruling is outright tyranny.  Government can force health care workers to participate in abortions?  And allowing them to opt out is considered unconstitutional?  We are doomed as a nation.

If they can't force you to bake a cake, and can't force you to print the t-shirt, they should not ever be able to force one to take a human life.

The prohibition on Murder is one of the Big Ten, and hardly confined to Christianity and Judaism.

Since when did health care workers become federal slaves? Did no one ever tell that idiot judge about a little thing called The Emancipation Proclamation?

He should immediately be removed from the bench.
