@Absalom @Cyber LibertyHere is an example of why there has to be "rules" adopted by the EU and Great Britain when GB splits from the EU (I have posted this before):
Son owns "Inspire Film & Television" based in London. He makes films in other countries all the time. While GB is in the EU, he can take his company into any EU country as though he lives there - no paperwork, just go make the film.
When GB is not in the EU, he will have to make plans and submit them to the separate country/countries, and get them approved by each country he goes to, pay any required fees, before he can go there to film. These requirements add time and money before he can begin work. He has always had to do these extra requirements for countries not in the EU.
Take the above and place those requirements and more, on every company in Great Britain who sells product in any EU country. There must be rules to keep the economy of
Britain and the EU countries functioning between each other. No rules, and all EU countries suffer.
