Guaidó’s Ambassador to The U.S. Will Meet The Proponent of Trump’s Impeachment
By Emmanuel Rincón

Nancy Pelosi has been one of the principal proponents of Trump’s impeachment, while the Democratic party has gone so far to call the presidency “illegitimate.”

Nancy Pelosi has a meeting with Carlos Vecchio, Guaido’s ambassador to the United States (EFE).

President Donald Trump’s administration has spoken out around the world in favor of freedom for Venezuela. The U.S. government was the first to recognize the legitimacy of Juan Guaidó as interim president. Additionally, U.S. ambassadors were responsible for gaining support and recognition for the interim president from other nations while asking them to ignore the dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro openly.

The Obama administration’s position was one of recognition and “mediation.” On the other hand, Donald Trump has emphatically supported ending the dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro. He has increased sanctions and frozen assets belonging to the dictatorship’s agents. He has also passed the ownership of CITGO, one of the principal assets of the Venezuelan state, to the interim administration, canceled visas of the Chavista dictatorship’s officials and their family members, and also sanctioned Cuba and all international businesses that transact with the dictatorship. All these measures have one clear purpose: removing Maduro from power, cutting his sources of finance, and ending the suffering of Venezuelans.

Yes, Guiado did not become interim president until this year.
