Eric Holder says Trump is subject to prosecution after leaving office

Former Attorney General Eric Holder said President Trump is subject to prosecution after he leaves office.

Asked during a CNN interview with former Obama adviser David Axelrod whether the president could be prosecuted, Holder said, "I don’t think there’s any question about that."

"We already have an indictment in the Southern District of New York," the Obama administration official said, referencing former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's guilty plea to campaign finance violations.

"Individual-1 is the president, and it would seem to me that the next attorney general, the next president, is going to have to make a determination," he said.

The real issue is, Eric Holder a convict, is subject to prosecution even now. He is convicted of 'contempt of Congress' and he wears like a badge of honor. If we had a real DOJ, they would throw his ass in jail. But of course that will never happen. Forget about so called 'White Privilege'. What America is suffering too much of is real 'Black Privilege'. It is Black people who get away with murder.

Holder should be undergoing booking and fingerprinting right now, but he's not, because this country is completely backasswards.

The entire Administration of Obama, including Obama should be behind bars for many crimes.  But nothing with this Trump Administration.  Absolutely nothing!

I think Wray is just as bad as Comey.  The FBI is totally corrupt, even now.
