The remains of more than 2,200 unborn children have been found at the Illinois home of a former Indiana abortion doctor who died earlier this month, according to reports.

The discovery was made by members of the family of Dr. Ulrich Klopfer, who died Sept. 3. The family members had been searching through Klopfer’s belongings after he died, FOX 59 of Indianapolis reported.

There is no evidence that any abortions were performed at the private residence, the Will County (Ill.) Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

At one time, Ulrich Klopfer was known as Indiana’s most prolific abortionist, at least until his license got yanked for failing to report the sexual exploitation of two thirteen-year-old girls. Four years later, Klopfer passed away, but he’s still making news. His grieving family made a grisly discovery at a property owned by Klopfer this week — more than 2200 “fetal remains” that the abortionist kept.

Klopfer died on Sept. 3.

On Sept. 12, the Will County (Illinois) Coroner’s Office received a call from an attorney representing his family. They reported finding fetal remains among Klopfer’s personal property and requested proper removal.

Will County sheriff’s detectives, crime scene investigators and representatives from the coroner’s office went to the address and were directed to an area of the property where 2,246 medically preserved fetal remains were located.

Klopfer testified during a hearing triggered by a complaint filed by the Indiana Attorney General’s Office and told those present that he performed an abortion on a 10-year-old girl who was raped by her uncle.

He said he let the girl go home with her parents, who were aware of the rape but did not want the uncle prosecuted.

Several members of the Indiana Medical Licensing Board brought it up in the final discussion before they took Klopfer’s license in 2016, reported the South Bend Tribune.

Besides the 10-year-old, the board found that Klopfer failed to report a second abortion on a girl under the age of 14. Klopfer originally stopped performing abortions in Fort Wayne in 2014 when he failed to meet the county’s laws, and the last of his three clinics closed in 2015.

Well, for a male who would protect one, and maybe two, pedophiles, I guess ghoulish improper disposal of biomedical waste - using the term he would have - would have been no big deal.

Pete Buttigieg renewed support Tuesday for a South Bend abortion provider with a history of health and safety violations, citing his deep concern over "a new and extreme assault on Roe v. Wade."

Whole Woman's Health, a chain of abortion clinics with seven locations in five states, committed dozens of health and safety violations in three Texas facilities between 2011 and 2017, including the lack of a registered nurse on staff, inadequate sterilization of equipment, and missing fentanyl stock.

The Indiana State Department of Health denied Whole Woman's Health of South Bend's license application due to a lack of "reputable and responsible character" and failure to disclose "information related to additional clinics," including the Texas clinics. The facility has been able to perform abortions unlicensed since it obtained a preliminary injunction from a federal judge.

A spokesman for Buttigieg's presidential campaign touted his support for Whole Woman's Health by citing the lack of abortion options in South Bend.  ...

Police found the remains of over 2,000 fetuses in the home of a prolific abortion doctor who passed away just ten days ago.

There were 2,246 fetal remains found in the home of Dr. Ulrich Klopfer in Will County, Illinois.

After Klopfer died on September 3, family members began going through his home and found the fetuses, which were medically preserved.

A family attorney reached out to the coroner’s office after they made the discovery on Thursday.

According to the South Bend Tribune, Klopfer is “likely Indiana’s most prolific abortion doctor in history with numbers going into the tens of thousands of procedures in multiple counties over several decades.”
