SAN ANTONIO, TX (WOAI) – A 20-year-old man is accused of taking sexual advantage of a teenage runaway – and then stalking her and threatening her father’s life.

Noah Condido Guana, 20, was charged with the sexual assault of a child.

The victim said she had originally met Guana at church a few months before she ran away.

The original article is titled, Teenage runaway sexually assaulted, stalked. Other than the claim in the new title given the article by "IllegalAlienCrimeReport" there is nothing about the the accused sexual assaulter's citizenship or immigration status. Other than that the guy's family name is Hispanic, on what is the claim that he is a "DREAMER" based?
