I disagree... in that... I see the "cliff" as the total control of the Commiecrats if/when they win the next presidential election along with even one branch of Congress.   I see Trump as a reprieve from the US going over that cliff, so far and on into his next four years, God willing.  And you know I don't consider him "my guy".  I do consider him our only hope at this point in our nation's demise.

I have always said that I will support Trump as long as he doesn't 'veer left' and appease the rats.  I still stand by that stance.

I appreciate it when rational Trump supporters like you and others on this board understand what the most ardent Trump fans are doing when they write garbage like this.  I have said from the beginning that the emotionally out of control supporters of Trump have behaved very, very much like the emotionally out of control fans of Obama.

There is no place in Conservatism for this.

We Conservatives need to accept the reality (for now, anyway)... that Conservatism is stuck in neutral.  It has been marginalized by not just the radical left, but also by the establishment elitist GOP (RINOs).   It's a truth that we've seen massive evidence of, especially over the last three years.   

I've learned to be thankful that we're not already starving in concentration camps or dumpster diving (like in Venezuela) and thankful that we, at least for now, have someone that is staving off that dire future.   Because trust me.... if or when the RL gets their way.... that will become the reality for many or most Christian Conservative Americans.... as we have seen their hatred of us ramped up these last few years....

barring that next CWII when they attempt confiscation....and/or the defeat of the RL.

The future is very scary now... and it hangs on next year's election, I firmly believe.

The truth is *I* probably dislike Trump as a person more than you do,but my like or dislike of him is irrelevant. What is important is the survival of the American way of life and of America herself,and like it or not,Trump is currently the ONLY chance of survival that America has. If one of the "Usual Suspect" alleged Republicans had been elected instead of Trump,the situation would have already been hopeless.

Instead,we got Trump. NOT a career politician that owes ANY of them a single damn thing,never mind favors,and who values his image and how he is going to go down in the history books as a president FAR more than he values wealth or anything else.

Don't forget the federal judge appointments,probably the single most important thing he has done,and it has received virtually no press. Which is actually a good thing because the typical leftist hasn't gone "on alert" about it yet. With any luck at all conservative judges will dominate before the left wakes up.
