If you want to take someone to task @XenaLee do so with the one who posted this article.  I saw this earlier and chose not to post it.

Yeah, but Boot is just "one" NTer.  What about the Bushes?  What about other RINOs in DC?  There's plenty of traitors amongst the GOP.

The point is that blanket condemnations of "NT'ers" in general are divisive, and accomplish nothing.  It actually ends up validating one of the reasons some of them are NT'ers -- the belief that no opposition is permitted by Trump supporters.

I think it is much better to go after specific statements made by specific NT'ers, rather than lumping them all together.  If those valid criticisms happen to apply to others, then those people can apply the "shoe fits" logic if they want.  But that's much better than just blasting anyone who is "NeverTrump", because they don't all agree on the reasons why they are NT.  For example, if someone says "I think the deficit is the most important issue, so I can't vote for Trump", I can respect that as a policy position and have a discussion/debate over it.  But if you're someone who says "Trump offends me so I'll vote for anyone else regardless of what their policies would do to the country", then that's a different issue.

The problem with what you're saying is the same as the problem with the title -- it lumps all NeverTrumpers into the same category.  That's not only unfair, but it is inherently divisive.

OK...but what about the NTs and Liberals who say that Trump supporters 'worship' him, and everything he says and does. Why not, we simply like Trump? What's wrong with that? The edge on the sword cuts both ways.

Just because Trump is the modern incarnation of Christ on Earth, should not be used as a weapon against his supporters.

And I think it's important to point out that they don't hate Trump for any other reason than his threatening their rice bowls.

His booming economy has also made liars out of them re: Obama's "lowered expectations" stagnation...  and their "America is no longer No1 in the world" BS. 

Now, if Trump would just bring back our No1 status in the space industry....instead of us being relegated to hangers on and 'riders-while-funding', which is more leftist BS. 

Hopefully, thinking Americans can see who is truly for America here vs. who is America's enemy within.   And hopefully, they will vote accordingly next year.

Point I'm trying to make here is.... when all you do to "convince" folks is state that being a NTer means you're "for Democrats" (which is what you've done previously and what you just did by showing that Boot will vote for the rats)... it only works to turn them off more, rather than convincing them to vote for Trump.   Think about it.   Your tactics aren't working for the good here.  Change tactics.  That's all I'm saying.

I appreciate it when rational Trump supporters like you and others on this board understand what the most ardent Trump fans are doing when they write garbage like this.  I have said from the beginning that the emotionally out of control supporters of Trump have behaved very, very much like the emotionally out of control fans of Obama.
