Pretty much. I see his tweets at time as quite juvenile.

And there are millions of 18-20 year-old voters out there that follow him.

Look at it as a historical record...as we aren't getting any truth from the media and universities.

And millions of grownups who find him every bit as appalling as an 18-20 year old... That is not a thing to brag about.

Take my word for this, @roamer_1

You're in the distinct MINORITY.  Nobody gives a damn about the tone or number of tweets when it comes to withholding a vote for him, thus improving the Socialist Left a victory.

You're akin to a Japanese soldier in the Philippine jungle, standing on HIS principles.

If that is so, then that is so, and I will be standing on them still.
But I do not believe you.

???? Not quite sure about your stats there @DCPatriot   If only the millennial voted in '16 Clinton would have won by a landslide.

That's my point.  In 2020, there is a going to be the Mother of  'Get-out-the-Vote' campaigns.

Pres. Trump is getting his version of America out, and hope the People choose correctly.

My point is, I don't see Trump winning the much need millennial vote in '20. They are the generation that feels that they are owed and entitled and a vast number of them prefer socialism; which is exactly what Wigwam is offering them.

IMHO this election is going to be much different; the DEMS have lots of new blood. Gone are the days of Hillary Clinton who lost in part because she was not known among the millennial.  Wigwam has been targeting her campaign toward the millennial and she has been able to gather a substantial crowd at her rallies.  Her popularity has grown. She represents the millennial, the LGBT crowd, minorities and females.  All she needs is to get Castro as her running mate and she'll also pick up the Hispanic vote.  There is just no way that Trump can compete with those numbers.

Trump is making a mistake by continuing to preach to his choir.  Lots of new voters (including Hispanic) will be going to the polls in '20.  If he doesn't find a way to capture their vote, he will lose.  If he stomps on the 2A he will also lose.

That's all prolly right. 2016 was a depressed election with poor turnout. And he barely won.
Since then, if he has done anything at all, he has whipped up the Democrats to a frothing frenzy.
They will unite behind just about anybody to get him out.

Meanwhile on the right there is no solidarity, and his favorability average remains low in the 40's - right where he started.

I think he's got his work cut out for him. And I doubt he can do it.

Yes he does.  One thing is for certain though, Trump has the ability to sell himself.  He needs to sell himself to the millennial. He needs to convince them that what he's selling his better than socialism. He also needs to gain more of the Hispanic vote.  If he can do that, he will be re-elected.  Just my opinion.

I can't help but remember his words during the State of the Union address "American will never be a socialist country" ... I fear that's exactly what will happen if he loses.  However, he can't trample on the 2A and expect what he stated to hold true.

Exactly. We have never had such an intellectually incoherent president in all my days.
It's only because our last President read what someone else wrote from a teleprompter.

You must not have ever heard him speaking off script.

I think he is heading for gun control and will have a Oh Hell No moment. You just don't come back from that. Heck for only the bump stock ban, I would never vote for him. And I think he is fiscally unconscionable - and many many Republicans are fiscal conservatives only.

He's already a tough sale, and I think it can get way worse.

Sorry darlin, but it already is a socialist country. That particular chicken just ain't come home to roost yet. But it's surely coming. If the best that can be raised to defend Liberty is a liberal NYC life long Democrat, then we are surely doomed any which way.

I agree @libertybele and Trump will sell em (as long as someone whispers in his ear before hand what they're buying).  We saw it in 2016 and even that stupid TV show he had earlier.
At this point he's all we got (I knew this when he was elected).

We have seen cracks in what Trump will do when the need to sell himself the next election isn't present. You think Trump is liberal now.. wait and see what he will do if the pressure of "losing" is off him.

Think it is "me me me" now. Trump 2.0 will be worse with him listening to that liberal daughter more and more.

Pray that we don't lose the Senate cause I think Schumer is really pizzed off at being marginalized right now and will lock him up tight with Pelosi feeding him the rope.

Indeed!!
Principled conservatism comprises rules of a moral order
spawned by Natural Law that are tens of thousands of years old.
The schmucks yapping about conservatism, predictably on FOX, don't
know their ass from their elbow about what it means and represents.
