Top House Democrat calls on Donald Trump's family to 'engineer a clinical intervention' saying 'this guy is having a complete and total meltdown' after president called himself The Chosen One and the Second Coming

    Rep. Hakeem Jeffries is chair of the House Democratic caucus
    He said he hopes the Trump family has the 'good sense' to do 'intervention'
    President Trump Wednesday called himself the 'chosen one' to take on China
    He retweeted a conspiracy theorist who said Israeli Jews consider him the 'second coming' and the 'King of Israel'
    He also blasted 'nasty' comments by the Danish prime minister for the way she rejected his entreaty to buy Greenland
    Jeffries has not come out for House impeachment efforts
    #25thamendmentnow began trending on Twitter Wednesday
    The amendment allowed a majority of cabinet members to vote to remove a president on the grounds of being unfit, which would trigger a congressional vote

The chairman of the House Democratic Caucus is calling for the cabinet members to take action to declare President Trump unfit to serve and for the Trump family to take part in a 'clinical intervention.'

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries of New York made the plea online late Wednesday night, hours after President Trump declared himself 'the chosen one' to take on China, after retweeting praise from a conspiracy theorist who said he is the 'king of Israel' and the 'chosen one.'

'This guy is having a complete and total meltdown,' Jeffries tweeted at 10:30 pm Wednesday. 'The sycophants in the cabinet lack the guts to deploy the 25th Amendment. Will his family have the good sense to engineer a clinical intervention? We can only hope,' he wrote.

Don't know why he is 'dating' himself like that? Don't know why he keeps saying "in MY generation"? This is admitting that he belongs to a different era, which is true.

In the early 60s, late 60s, and in the 60s...what the hell? He is more senile than Pelosi, and that's something. The Dems cannot run this guy. They cannot hide his mental issues, like they hid Hillary's alcohol and health problems, once he begins speaking.
