My conscience would be killing me if I didn’t do my part to stand firmly against the growing socialist [sic] threat to America. Withholding my vote does not compute

President Trump is the only thing standing between us and the International Left—Democrat Party chapter.

Riiight. The Internationalist 'Right' -- Republican Chapter is the same dang thing, and just as socialist.

Right or wrong, why does this guy use verbage that just pisses off the electorate.

You have no choice?   Kind of reminds me of the Battery commericals back in the '70's where Robert Conrad dares you to knock the sucker off his shoulder.  Why the F, do you tempt fate?   I know I wanted slap that damned thing off.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

But in truth many of the Trumps fans are democratic leaning and have not cared that Trump has done everything Chuck and Nancy asked for.  And he is getting ready to throw Veterans and the Second Amendment under the bus.

And that, folks, is another one of those things we get to keep. That ain't going to happen by executive order - he's going to sign that crap into law just like the trillions in extra debt he's happily endorsed, and his bump-stock ban

There isn't a single victory he has won that concerns me and my family.  In fact Border and immigration is what he campaigned on and it is what affects me.  I have no reason to vote for him.  And he isn't any more Conservative than creepy Joe Biden. (who I would never vote for either)

That's right.

If you want to blame anyone blame yourself.  The people who voted for him in 2016 have had this entire time to register dissatisfaction with the bad choices he has made.  Instead its always excuses.  Perhaps if his voters would have held his feet to the fire and expected him to do as he said, he could enjoy full support.  But in truth many of the Trumps fans are democratic leaning and have not cared that Trump has done everything Chuck and Nancy asked for.  And he is getting ready to throw Veterans and the Second Amendment under the bus.

Trump is a dud that thinks he should be the bad gift that keeps giving.  The entire thing is offensive.  The fact that he thinks everyone has to vote for him.  Also the fact that he thinks he should be a third and fourth term president.  Like we should be stuck with this clown forever.

Yeah... I reckon some of that is New York bluster... Which doesn't translate well West of Ohio, or south of the Mason Dixon... And certainly not out west. I said it before - We don't talk a lot of smack out west... You get that way for real out here, somebody's gonna dot your eye for you. So it kinda translates as a battleship mouth and a rowboat ass...

I think that's why it gets under our skin, but the back-easter's swoon over it.

No it wasn't.  The President was saying in that sentence if you care up financial and national security and the sovereignty of the nation, you have to vote for me.
Turn it around and he's saying if you like socialism and open borders, vote for them.
----------------------------------------
So not voting for Trumpet means one wants financial ruin, open borders and national insecurity???
Hmm................ suggest a look at the record of our stable genius:
* our projected deficit for 2019 is $1,200,000.000,000!!!; appears he's racing to surpass
   Obama.
* third world trash continues to swarm our Border, oblivious to any consequences, as they
know all that will happen is Trumpet will run off a the mouth; insisting the check from
   Mexico is in the mail.
* chaos reigns across the globe: in Venezuela (recall his savior Guiado???), Iran continues to
interdict Gulf shipping, the Syrian conflict rages on, Rocket Man still launches, China has
their index finger permanently raised in Trumpet's face; and so on...........
But hey all is well or at least swell as long as voters continue to "love" Trumpet. Why of course!
As the Greeks knew, reality is the greatest of teachers and the spawn of the wise; in contrast
unreality is the spawn of Hollywood!!!

Not like that at all in the south. You can go into any redneck bar you want and scream "Charlie Daniels, the Marshall Tucker Band, and the Allman Brothers Bands suck!",and nothing at all will happen to you.

Nothing you will remember,anyway.

Trump does indeed play well in the South, after all, we are just a bunch of Rednecks.

Yet predictably the Fan Club won't abide any discouraging words.

@libertybele

You, me, and millions of others.

I had to overlook a lot to vote for him in 2016.  I was willing to continue to do the same for 2020.  But if he signs any bills that infringe upon our RKBA, I will not be able to vote for him in 2020.
Not him, not anyone, who votes to infringe upon the Bill of Rights (including the 2nd) will get my vote, from dogcatcher to POTUS.

@aligncare and so many others are trying to make you feel guilty for exercising your right to vote however you wish.  I got the same thing back in 2016.  Didn't listen to this nonsense then and won't listen to it now.
Precisely. It's MY vote. It is the only thing I have that will be counted, seen, and stand for what I believe.

Letters have gone unanswered, except by form letter, often off topic, calls have been ignored.

But my vote, in the end, is all I have. If those in Government will not protect the Rights I have, it is time for them to get a different job.

???  Your logic doesn't quite make sense.   IF Trump tramples on the @2A, or any other rights as he has stated, then HE is weakening his re-election chances.  His thinking that he can do whatever the heck he wants and people will still vote for him is absolute pure b.s.

So ... explain to me ... IF he tramples on our rights now when he's seeking re-election what's to stop him from continuing to do so once he re-elected?

You do realize that if the Constitution is dismantled we will lose our Republic; so explain further to me, what would be the difference then if voting for him or one of the bat crap crazy leftists?
The folks who call themselves "conservatives", and maybe even some of the GOP in office would at least fight bat-crap crazy Leftists trying to dismantle our Constitution.

Obama's DOJ/BATFE didn't ban bump stocks, but found them to be an okay firearm accessory. It took a Republican to do that. The same people who would have been (figuratively) up at arms had Obama's Administration done that meekly accepted or even approved of the Trump Administration's action.

Left foot, Right foot, down the road to totalitarianism.

I think that Trump was giving a clue to mental health when he said he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and people would still vote for him.  If he is going to make Red Flag laws he should be the first to loose his rights to bear arms.
That's the problem. He doesn't need it. He will have a security detail for LIFE.

So many of the Rights the people on Capitol Hill are willing to do away with don't affect the way they live. They're even often exempt from the laws they pass for the rest of us. (ACA, insider trading, just for two) They don't have to get groped to get on the plane, etc.

WE have allowed these people to live a life insulated from the effects of their edicts and pronouncements, and they continue to do so with impunity.

I seriously doubt his feet will ever be anywhere near me. Closest would be roughly six miles (straight up, in a big sealed can with wings--this is flyover country). The rest is something between them.

That's right - Me too. But to anyone that is standing now against his further depredations thereof, the proof is already in the pudding. Not that I am discounting my friends who have been shaken awake by the current machinations - I am very happy for that... Jussayin.
