I posted about this story in
this thread. At best she had a significant conflict of interest. At worst, well, greasy-slimy enough to look the other way when JAG was horribly over-charging
(on the side, I wonder how much valor-envy was in that) and then violating the defendant's attorney-client privilege. She should not have been anywhere near having oversight of JAG activities.
