The election of 2020 WILL be a choice between freedom as we know it and socialism. IF it makes it to a vote, I think it's going to be very interesting to see if it indeed passes the Senate and onto the House, where I believe it will fail.  Certainly the racial left will reject this as this is the platform that all the DEM candidates are running on.

Republican senator introduces bill condemning socialism, calls it 'chilling and concerning'

A Republican senator introduced a resolution Tuesday condemning what he called a "failed experiment at socialism."

Sen. Steve Daines R-Mont., who authored the resolution, told "Outnumbered Overtime" host Harris Faulkner that it all comes down to a pivotal choice.

"This is going to be a choice between freedom and socialism," he said.

In February, President Trump emphasized the threat of socialism in his State of the Union address and committed to fighting it at all costs.

.........Daines said he hopes to bring the resolution to the floor and anticipates full support from his Republican colleagues.

"I think every member of the U.S. Senate should be on record for this resolution," he said..................

I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
