Two Israelis who were gunned down in Mexican 'defrauded a drug cartel'
By Adry Torres For Dailymail.com

Two Israelis who were gunned down in Mexican restaurant 'may have been assassinated after trying to defraud infamous drug cartel'

Mexico's Attorney General's Office said that Alon Azulay and Benjamin Yeshurun Sutchi were assassinated over a dispute with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel

The men were killed at a restaurant at Plaza Artz mall in Mexico City on July 24

They were allegedly shot by Esperanza Gutierrez, a mother-of-one, and a male accomplice

The powerful criminal organization allegedly hired the Tláhuac Cartel to kill the Israeli men, who had criminal records in Israel and Mexico

Investigators said that Azulay and Sutchi set up businesses in the states of Oaxaca, Puebla, Guanajuato, Querétaro and in Mexico City to launder money

Messages from cellphones recovered at the scene revealed that the victims only agreed to meet the cartel members for a meeting if it was in a public place

Don't fool around with the Cartels, in fact, my view is to not even go into that country which once was relatively hospitable imho. At least, on the tourist tracks.

That can't be a good idea.
