Nadler says Trump 'richly deserves impeachment'

House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) on Sunday said President Trump "richly deserves impeachment," but stopped short of joining a growing call for House Democrats to begin a formal inquiry.

"My personal view is that (Trump) richly deserves impeachment. He has done many impeachable offenses, he's violated the laws six ways from Sunday," Nadler said on CNN's "State of the Union."

"That's not the question," Nadler said, noting his desistance to begin impeachment proceedings. "The question is can we develop enough evidence."

He added that he sees no "time frame" for impeachment.

I'd like to see Nadler reconcile this statement:

I am not a lawyer. The US system, based on English Common Law, is based on probably cause, innocent until proven otherwisse.


The Latin based system, Italy, etc. is very different. Guilty until proved to be innocent.

Impeachment is not a criminal liability proceeding, and therefore the standards that apply will be different.

That being said, the fact that Nadler is admitting they don’t have evidence at this point, and yet still stating that Trump has broken the law six ways to Sunday, demonstrates that this is about partisan vindictiveness, not the truth.

"their TRUTH" is different ifrom a Conservatives view of the Truth.

If their organizing principle is "Justice" you need not travel far, to communist violent revolution to reorder the whole of society.

Redistribute, empty the prisons, lock up intellectuals, religious leaders and followers,

It always has been.  Vindictiveness because Hillary lost and after 2 long years and a ton of taxpayer $$, there still is no Trump collusion.

If the President is that bad, you must file for Impeachment immediately!  Where are your morals, man?  Six ways from Sunday?  Do it, or you are worse than chicken, you are a criminal yourself if you don't Impeach him!

The rats are hoping find some way to successfully frame Trump for something, anything they can use to get rid of him.   So yeah, fabricate, create, same thing.
