One of the European Union’s primary issues is that not all of its member states contribute equally. This was one of the main factors which led Brits to leave the Union in 2016.

The question of which member states are paying more in EU contributions than they’re getting out has and will remain to be a contentious issue in the bloc.

The 2017 EU budget revealed that, in terms of direct monetary contributions, there were ten member states which were contributing more than they were getting from the EU.

Perhaps an equally interesting observation:  The UK and Germany contribute the vast majority of money.  What is that, 3/4?

How many of those on the red side used to be Yugoslavia?  But...what makes Poland different from Yugo?  They're Northern EU, from where the money is being contributed.  Might be the Frontier thing.

I see now why the Brits want out of the EU, but I wonder why the German people have not booted out people who support the EU?

At a minimum, I would demand that the EU's HQ be located within the country that contributes the most money.
