2020 Candidates React to Mueller Testimony: ‘Begin Impeachment Proceedings Now’

A handful of 2020 presidential candidates reacted to former special counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony on Wednesday before both the House Judiciary Committee and House Intelligence Committee, and there appears to be a consensus: impeach.

The crowded field of Democrats did not shy away from remarking on Mueller’s lengthy day of lackluster testimonies, which was largely seen as a “disaster” for Democrats.

Despite that, a handful of prominent 2020 candidates weighed in and continued to call for impeachment.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA):

Warren spoke at an NAACP event Wednesday and renewed calls to impeach the president. She said she read the report and “concluded first that this is a man who has broken the law, and he should be impeached”:

I don't have much respect for Nancy Pelosi's wisdom, but she at least understands that further impeachment votes and especially voting to impeach Trump would be playing into Trump's hand. And that Trump is not like other R "leaders" who would refrain from using such an opportunity. Further, I think the ordinary Dem-on-the-street understands this to a significant degree and pound their heads on their tables when they hear Dem "leaders" spouting this rhetoric.

BTW, FauxMex Bobby, Doh!-Mayor de Blase', Kammy, and Castro all called for impeachment, with Bennet-the-Obscure, Spartacus, and Hickenloopy making vaguely impeachy noises.

The Dims seem to clearly understand that impeaching Trump is the only way they will get the White House in 2020.

If they do get it,they will import enough ignorant 3rd worlders here and give them instant citizenship so they will never be out of power again. By 2028 there will no longer be any political parties or elections,just "the government".

What else can they say? After hyping the dem base on impeachment all this time, backpedaling at this point would get you kicked off the clown bus pronto. It will be interesting to see how Biden reacts - it could be a good chance for him to play the role of the only adult on the bus.

You don't seriously think she gives a damn about any of them,do you? The person she is looking out for is Nancy Pelosi,and things ain't looking good for her thanks to her success in turning the Dim Party into an official freak show.
