Conditions in government-run detention facilities are unconscionable and inhumane. Immigrant children are dying in DHS detention centers, and the Trump administration is attempting to dodge accountability.

The ACLU is fighting in the courts to reunite families and defend asylum seekers. We're at the border, aggressively monitoring Customs and Border Patrol. And we're mobilizing in Washington to demand no additional taxpayer dollars be used to fund the abuse of immigrants.
