Former Israeli Ambassador: “Racist and Anti-Semitic” Democrats Ilhan Omar and Rashida TLaib Should be Denied Entry Into Israel (VIDEO)

Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Daniel Ayalon told Elizabeth MacDonald on The Evening Edit that Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib should be denied entry into Israel later this year.

Ambassador Ayalon said, “Every Democratic country has the right to deny entry by those who seek to destroy it.”

Ayalon went on to call the Democrat lawmakers “racist and anti-Semitic” for their many statements bashing Israel.

Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, both outspoken critics of Israel and its occupation of the West Bank, will be allowed into the country during a trip there in a few weeks, the Israeli ambassador said Friday, potentially heading off a diplomatic spat.

“Out of respect for the U.S. Congress and the great alliance between Israel and America, we would not deny entry to any member of Congress into Israel,” said Ron Dermer, Israel’s envoy to the United States.
