One thing that we do know; Epstein's arrest is based on accusations of sex trafficking between 2005-2008. Clinton was president long before that time frame, HOWEVER, the Clinton Global Initiative was founded in 2005, of which it is reported that Epstein was involved.

The pilot logs show him on Epstein's plane during that time frame (at least that's what has been reported).
