But as we all know and have observed.... the Democrats have done the exact opposite of upholding the US Constitution, which they swore to uphold.  They should ALL be thrown out of office... and in a perfect, normal, sane world.... they would be.  Alas.... we have been fundamentally morphed/changed into Bizarro World where up is down, right is wrong and everything is backasswards from what it "should" be.

Yeah, but he wins really big if he gets to go to jail as a martyr. 

The statute of limitations shouldn't be over by 11-2020.

Actually, after I read this my strange sense of humor activated.

In my mind...I see all of the Dems standing up at the next debate declaring..."I am Spartacus". (It doesn't take much to make me laugh.)

NOT going to happen. Want to see the US Congress and Senate unite over an issue? Try to arrest one of them and find out how well that works for you. If there is anything that unites both parties it is someone threatening the power of the Congress and the US Senate by threatening to prosecute them for anything.

He is a member of elite Washington.  And he is black, which the combination makes him virtually untouchable.  He would have to shoot someone in the street, and there would have to be more than one witness.

Trump and his administration do nothing, and Spartacus goes back to being the boring senator from New Jersey.  I believe he is one of the Clinton shills that is there merely do dilute the Sander's vote.  He has zero chance of getting anywhere.  Just one more clown is all.
