Immediate emergency mobilization of What? Who? Where to?

To restore a safe climate by what means? How would this be done? Have they built some sort of "climate reversal" machine?

These people are Looney Toons.

After the resolution was passed, the council meeting was adjourned and all the Councilmen Ward Heelers retired to their SUV's for a 6 block drive to a 5 star restaurant......

Or it would be,if they were serious about their claims. The problem is it is all about firing up the typical slow-witted/retarded/kneejerk Dim voters to join their campaign to destroy the power of the "evil Republicans."

The INSTANT the Dims take over the problem will disappear.
