Airing Trump's rally, Fox News gets more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined
Washington Examiner, Jun 19, 2019

Airing President Trump's campaign kickoff rally proved to be a win for Fox News, giving them just under 5 million viewers, which was more than CNN and MSNBC combined.

From 8:15 to 9:30 p.m. EST, 4.9 million viewers watched Trump's rally on Fox News. The network also averaged 984,000 viewers in the 25 to 54 age demographic. By contrast, CNN pulled in 788,000 viewers and MSNBC got 1.9 million viewers in the same time slot, according to Nielsen Media Research.

CNN aired the rally for about six minutes before cutting away after Trump called the media "fake news" and the crowd chanted "CNN sucks" for almost one minute. MSNBC chose not to air the rally at all.

Commenting on the size of Trump's rally, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo said on Tuesday Democrats are not able to fill stadiums the way Trump can.

The current poll leader of Democrats had trouble filling half a hallway this week . It's good thing they can count on robo-voters.

Fox News always, well at least usually, gets more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined.
