SCOTUS sends case of an Oregon couple who declined on religious grounds to make a custom wedding cake for a same-sex couple back for lower court to reconsider in light of last year's decision in Masterpiece Cakeshop (case page in Klein v. "I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Since the Oregon Supreme Court refused to hear the case, does it now go to the Oregon Court of Appeals? Or down to the administrative court that levied the $135,000 fine?
