Charge: Illegal Aliens Gang-Raped 13-Year-Old Girl In North Carolina

CHAPEL HILL, NC (WCHL) – Two teenagers have been arrested on statutory rape charges in Chapel Hill.
Records show that 18-year-old Allan Rafael Cardenas and 19-year-old Jose Ortiz-Torres were arrested around 12 a.m. Tuesday.
Both were charged with statutory rape of a child less than 15 years old. Ortiz-Torres was also charged with indecent liberties with a child, according to police documents. Police said Tuesday evening that those charges came from additional evidence of other acts.
