Ivanka Trump stuns in white gown as she heads to Winfield House reception - after sporting a polka dot number by Burberry at St James's Palace this morning

She is one gorgous woman.  That's for sure.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Ivanka was in a much better mood today.  Daddy let her sit in on the trade negotiations with the PM.

Melania Trump was well dressed for the weather this afternoon, as she stuck with her favourite Celine trench coat outside of Downing Street for a garden party.

The First Lady, 49, greeted children who waved British and American flags and handed her flowers, as she walked with Theresa May's husband Philip May.

The garden party is being held for families of staff from No.10 and the US Embassy in London, at 10 Downing Street, during the second day of President Trump's State.

She looked happy to meet the children while her husband Donald Trump and Theresa May held talks inside Downing Street.

Earlier on she had donned the Celine trench coat as she joined the President for a meeting with Theresa and Philip May at Number 10.

The white gown is nice. The polka dot outfit, not so much.

Portsmouth, on the southern English coast, was one of the primary points of departure for the Allied forces as they struck out across the English Channel to invade Normandy.

Mr. Trump was joining British Prime Minister Theresa May, Queen Elizabeth II and leaders from the other nations which took part in the Allied D-Day invasion (Canada, Australia, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Greece, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and Poland) for the events on Wednesday.

"On June 6th, 1944, tens of thousands of young warriors left these shores by the sea and air to begin the invasion of Normandy and the liberation of Europe and the brutal Nazi occupation," Mr. Trump said in a press conference with Prime Minister May on Tuesday. "It was a liberation like few people have seen before. Among them were more than 130,000 American and British brothers-in-arms. Through their valor and sacrifice, they secured our homelands and saved freedom for the world."

Trump reads prayer from FDR

President Trump marked the D-Day anniversary by reading an excerpt from a prayer President Franklin Delano Roosevelt delivered to the nation by radio on the evening of June 6th, 1944, in which he spoke to the country for the first time about the Normandy operation.

"He may hurl back our forces but we shall return again and again and we know that by thy grace and by the righteous of our cause our sons will triumph," Mr. Trump read.

A few weeks ago, the "popular media" would have you to belieeve this state visit was not going to take place.

Stems from fake news journalism.

They are also inflating the "Protest" angle.  What a sad pathetic lot they are.

Part of Rush's opening monologue today...he delved into the misconception the media has tried to portray, regarding the sincere friendship between Donald Trump and the Queen.

He said that she told him directly, "..come back just as soon as you can".   He also told her a secret to which he is sworn to keep.

Here come the Trumps.
FAMILY AFFAIR
US taxpayers are spending millions so Trump’s adult children can meet the Queen
By Justin Rohrlich & Heather Timmons June 3, 2019

US president Donald Trump’s four adult children and their spouses have joined him on his state visit to the United Kingdom this week. And US taxpayers are picking up the hefty bills for their hotels, transportation, and security.

Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, Eric Trump and his wife Lara, Donald Trump Jr. and Tiffany Trump were all among the 171 dinner guests at Buckingham Palace today, according to the White House press pool.

Guests dined on Windsor lamb, steamed halibut, and watercress mousse, while they listened to Handel’s “Music for the Royal Fireworks” and “Tonight” from West Side Story. Wines included a 1990 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild Pauillac, which retails for $1,500 a bottle, and a more reasonable £35-a-bottle ($44) British bubbly from the Queen’s own vineyard.
