The door may be open, but what is he going to campaign on?  Qualifying to get onto a 3rd party ballot is more difficult and more expensive, and he's going to have to give people a reason to vote for him and not Trump.  As of yet, I don't see that he has anything to offer. 

Still waiting for him to specifically lay out the impeachable offense(s).
