On Wednesday, attorneys for Nicholas Sandmann, the Covington Catholic High School student who was targeted by the media after his encounter with Native American activist Nathan Phillips at the Lincoln Memorial on January 18, announced they are filing a $275 million lawsuit against NBCUniversal, alleging “NBCUniversal created a false narrative by portraying the ‘confrontation’ as a ‘hate crime’ committed by Nicholas."

In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

If God invented marathons to keep people from doing anything more stupid, the triathlon must have taken him completely by surprise.

I said it before and I will say it again. Every single settlement MUST include and admission of guilt and sated so by the respective parties on air or in the press prominently.

Good on Mr. Sandmann for pushing ahead on this.

He won't get $275 million, of course.
But I can see NBC/MSNBC "buying their way out of it" for, say, $3 million or so.

Add this up to his other settlements (still pending), and he'll come out in very good shape, indeed.
