Mark Steven Domingo, 26, was arrested on Friday evening, April 26, on suspicion of plotting to detonate an explosive at a rally in Long Beach, which was scheduled for this weekend but ultimately canceled. Authorities have said he sought to “commit mass murder” by planting a bomb at a rally at Bluff Park on Sunday, April 28, which counter-protest groups on social media said had ties to white nationalism. Domingo has been charged with providing and attempting to provide material support to terrorists.

    Domingo lived in Reseda with his family, according to his brother, James Domingo, 22. He lived with his brother, aunt and grandmother, James Domingo said.

I'm no expert, "Domingo" in this case, makes me wonder if this is a Filipino name. It's not a common Latin American name from what I know. Yes, it is a Spanish word for Sunday.

This was national news and a major story. They caught him because he was looking for a bomb-maker so he met someone undercover it sounds like, he wanted to make a "nail bomb".  ISIS follower type.
