I'm not your average American. I pay close attention to what's going on in national politics and I keep up on the news as reported from both the left and the right.

It's not that I'm bragging or saying I'm any better than anyone else, it just so happens that as a social and political essayist I'm obliged to know this stuff.

Because I dig deeper than most people I can usually sort out the facts from the fake. One thing I've learned over time is that the progressive left does not engage in truth nor does it traffic in honor. The left wants to totally remake our laws, our society and our Constitution into something our founders never intended them to be.

As Barack Obama famously promised on the eve of his election in 2008, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America." And sadly he was able to make a lot of headway toward that goal.

Although they claim to be the party of science, the left thoroughly believes in many unscientific things. They refuse to acknowledge  human nature and the natural differences between the sexes. They don't even believe in there being just two sexes.
There are other human differences they refuse to see, but those are the biggest.
They think humans can be constructed by a diagram, and only they have the master plan. Incredible misery has been inflicted on multi millions of people by leftists who wanted to remake the world in their image.

I believe the biggest problem of American ignorance is the lack of knowledge of the Constitution and fundamental rights accorded to Citizens by it. This has been a long term goal of the Democrats and socialist teachers in charge of our children's education. Naturalized citizens have a greater knowledge of the Constitution and our rights than natural born citizens raised and educated here..................and that's just sad.
