Well, let's put this whole thing together...what this article fails to mention is;
The trash and feces is there because the homeless are leaving it there. It's not just somehow "magically" appearing and then attracting rats.
The city had an "arrangement" where the homeless could stay from 6pm to 6am. Then, city crews (at taxpayer expense) would come in and hose the sidewalks and street down before business hours. Now the homeless refuse to move and the chickenshit city refuse to do anything.
I hope this woman wins, but again, it's at the taxpayer's expense, not the bleep city council members.
