West Virginia Is Now A ‘Virtual Border State’

RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WVVA) – A man living and Greenbrier County and another living in Raleigh County have been found guilty of illegal immigration. Both men have prior deportations.

Honduran national Luis Figueroa-Zuniga, 44, was found in Ronceverte, WV on February 1 after ICE agents received a tip that he was working a local restaurant. Figueroa-Zuniga was previously removed from the U.S. in 2005.

Mexican national Samuel Hernandez-Hernandez, 31, was located in Beaver, WV on January 22. He was deported back in 2015 and 2016.
