This should have been done and likely would have been done if not for the machinations of Hussein Obama and the traitorous Brennan at CIA.
Obama and his minions (including Hillary) orchestrated the "Arab Spring", likely using US intelligence assets to help destabilize North African and Middle Eastern Governments, and likely funneled arms into the hands of the "insurgent factions", including Libya, and setting up the "removal" of a US Ambassador who might have had different ideas for what was going on in Benghazi and the whole country.
The huge cash payment to Iran only sealed the deal and funded God only knows what depredations from Syria to Libya and continuing programs which will result in IRBM delivery of payloads up to and including nuclear.
Only the threat of a major response from the US (and possibly Israel, itself) if Israel is attacked with nuclear weapons keeps the lid on that pot.
