Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Weiner's been transferred out of a Massachusetts prison and into the custody of a Bureau of Prisons residential re-entry center in New York. We're told he's either in a halfway house or home confinement.

Weiner's now in pre-release status, which inmates often get as they approach the end of their federal sentence. The purpose is to prepare them to transition back into society.

I would love to say we missed you but it is not polite to lie on a Monday morning.

Former Democrat Congressman, mayoral candidate for the city of New York, and all around schmuck, Tony Weiner, has been released from prison into a halfway house. He was sentenced to 21 months in 2017 for sending explicit photos of himself to a minor and encouraging her to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

That means he was talking dirty to a 15-year-old girl and he knew her age while he was doing this.
