Here is my own experience with "Executive time":
Several times every day,
I step away from the keyboard and lie on the bed.
It is there where the great insights occur to me.
I then return to the keyboard and record them.
Victor Hugo,
who brought us the classic novel Les Misérables,
puts it this way:
“One is not idle because one is absorbed.
There is both visible and invisible labor.
