MADISON, WI (Channel 3000) – A Lyft driver was arrested early Sunday morning after asking to use one of his riders’ bathrooms and then sexually assaulting her, according to a release from Madison police.

The 25-year-old woman got a ride to her Langdon Street residence just before 2 a.m. Saturday, officials said.

The Lyft driver, 28-year-old Hassen A. Ahmed, got into her apartment by claiming he needed to use the bathroom, according to the release.

I have to wonder....

just how dumb would you have to be.... to allow a stranger access to your house/apartment like that?   It boggles the mind.  There seems to be a total lack of common sense among the younger generation (20 something).
