Roberts is a compromised fool. He is a puppet for someone or some group. His behavior and bizarre decisions since becoming a Justice make it more than obvious that he is being blackmailed. He rules against law and evidence (Obamacare). He rules against logic.

It's hard to tell, because she's always been a reliable Socialist member of the SCOTUS.

Maybe it's as simple as he's not who we thought he was. Bush's father picked Souter, Bush Jr. picked Roberts either he didn't know he leaned left or he didn't care.

Real quick, I thought I heard she HAS to show up for work by some day soon, Feb. 8th or something. People here may already know that, if what I heard was accurate. I forget the exact date.  Surely, she can just never show up for 6 months or something. So, we are nearing 2 months I gather.

It has been 54 days since the public laid eyes on the 85-year-old Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and her absence is prompting calls for proof of life.  The last time she was seen was on December 6, 2018, when she heard arguments in person at the Court.  Since then, she underwent surgery on December 21 of last year after two cancerous growths from her left lung were discovered and removed.  All official statements have been issued by people close to her and meant to assure the public that she is recovering quietly.

However, RBG has missed oral arguments this month for the first time in her 25-year career on the bench, and it is raising anxieties about how well and if she is recovering.  It has been reported that the White House is taking steps toward preparing a short list of Supreme Court nominees in the event of Justice Ginsburg's death or departure.  Adding even more fuel to the speculation, Fox & Friends "accidentally" showed a memorial graphic that claimed that Ginsburg is dead.  The show apologized shortly after and blamed it on a "control room error," but it's worth noting that the graphic even being made and loaded is a disturbing, macabre preparation.

She was scheduled to attend a function called "An Evening with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg" in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening at the Skirball Cultural Center, but the event was "regrettably canceled" because she is still recuperating from her recent surgery.  A second engagement on February 6 with her and philanthropist David Rubenstein in New York City was also canceled.

February is just around the corner and in two weeks it will mark about 8 weeks since she's been seen.  Certainly a long enough recovery period and definitely time for someone to start answering some questions as to her intent of either returning to the bench or retiring.  Ginsburg needs to come forward with some kind of statement.  Its one thing not to be seen, but quite another not to be heard from.

If they follow the playbook, we will never see her in public again. There will be sporadic reports that she is doing fine and is 'recuperating' until she is able to return to her position.

Then, a year or more from now, we will be told that she has passed. Then she gets a State Funeral for being a loyal comrade for the cause.

Heard she is rolling in dough from that movie. From the 12 people that went to see it her cut was roughly over 38 cents.
