Attorney: Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Pierce Corcoran a ‘Success,’ Deserves to Stay in America

The defense attorney representing 44-year-old illegal alien Francisco Eduardo Franco-Cambrany — accused of killing 22-year-old Pierce Corcoran — says his client deserves to stay in the United States.
As Breitbart News reported, Pierce Corcoran — an aspiring personal trainer — was killed in a head-on car crash allegedly caused by illegal alien Franco-Cambrany days before New Year’s Eve.
The illegal alien, police said, was driving without a license and without proper registration for his vehicle. He has been charged with negligent homicide and driving without a license. Since being charged with negligent homicide, Franco-Cambrany’s bond has been set at only $3,500, allowing him to be released from prison before the trial.
