Did you mean "frieze".   If so you are correct. But not all frieze carpets are multi colored.

Actually, I meant shag, but some douche of a carpet salesman told me it was "fri-zaaay".  He didn't tell me how to spell it though.

Can't help it. The smell of concrete dust smells like chocolate to men.

If it's trimmed, does that classify as berber?

You have to get the nap aligned.  It's like patterned wallpaper (OMG, I need to do that!)

Did either of them involve being in suspended animation, to be revived for a future threat?

What people call berber today is a loop pile.

No. It was looming ...but not a threat.

Cracka please! If trump were ever in a three way he’d definitely consider himself a winner.

Depends.  If Trump can secure the border he will win by a landslide.

That's looking like a real long shot right now.  The DEMS know that he'd win be a landslide. They have the upper hand right now.  Nancy and Chuckie have slapped and tied his hands BIGLY.    Right now, I'm not trusting gov't period.
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

I plan to vote "anybody but Trump" at the top of the ticket the most conservative candidate down ticket, whoever is the most electable candidate opposing Trump will get my vote...

So your plan is to lose every foreseeable election while feeling morally superior.  Good plan.

Its truly hard to conceive of the mentally deficient state one would have to be in to do something so vapid.

No, I think his plan is not to vote for Trump.   A lot of folks feel the same way,  but recognize that the Dems will likely nominate a wild-eyed socialist and professional picker-at-scabs.   A credible third party candidate provides an outlet for folks who seek an alternative to Trump's reality show and the Dems' radicalism.   It is not at all obvious to me that Howard Schultz, if he were to run as an independent, would lead to Trump's re-election.   He's a liberal, to be sure,  but a lot closer to JFK than to Kamala Harris.

First, the use of credible and third party candidate in a single sentence is an oxymoron.

Second, your first sentence is correct and fits precisely with my statement in the original reply. When the Mongols attack your castle, you either fight against them or you fight with the castle's commander....you don't get to run around looking for a new leader unless you simply WANT to be overrun and murdered. Common sense is what we're talking...opposed by the fatal combination of moral narcissism and wishful thinking.

But, there are consequences to each action.  Whomever you vote for, there is a reaction to your action, and it may not be a good one.

I understand why good conservatives cringe at the thought of voting for Trump.   What animates me is barring from the Presidency a wild-eyed socialist obsessed with fomenting division and hate.    This is going to be a lesser-of-two-evils election for me,  I fear.    Don't blame me for fantasizing about a way out of such a terrible choice.

Let's be honest, EVERY election is a choice between two weevils. This is not new.
