And HIS CROSS is the ONLY remedy for that . . . and we are flawed enough, we have an incredible capacity to mess even the application of HIS BLOOD up--particularly when it comes to organizations in His Name.
We shockingly often fail to live up to even our most genuinely, intensely held values. Yet we'd like to strangle others who merely have the same problem--always from our position of superiority & GREATER perfection, of course. :LOL:
But how is it that politicos seem to be so excellent at being the scum from the bottom of the thunder pot rising as froth to the top of the pyramid? Then they exalt in their evils and prance them about as though they were admirable things to emulate.
Ahhhh, yes, Pride and the chief fallen angel it took down.
Maybe all these hideous disasters of our less admirable human capacities & traits gone wild is a massive object lesson to all Creation--against pride--driving forcefully home that none of us can do a blinking thing lastingly good apart from HIM--His Blood, His Spirit, His Ways, His priorities.
None of us--no matter how convinced of our own saintliness & superiority we are.
Now where are some politicos I could drive that understanding into their noggin, with--with a ball bat?
