She does it for the same reason a dog licks his testicles:  because she can.   It's not a good look for the Rats, people will remember it.  Leftists will love it, and everybody else will think it's shitty.  Voters will be peeled off from the Rats if President Trump plays his cards right.

It's likely he will, these sort of infantile antics play into his wheelhouse.

I think he should keep the contents secret, then release them in 56 consecutive Tweets.  The Rat rebuttal will be fragmented into thousands of little 144 character pieces.   :whistle:
