HR Clinton is delighted, and she is running. Count on it. The more folks announce they are running, the better she will do, and the quicker she reaches the nomination. She has a solid 35-40% of the Dems as her base. The rest will largely end up with single digit outcomes. If enough stay in the race until she has chocked up sufficient wins, she walks away with this race for the nomination.
But that is as far as she goes. She loses in the general election, unless the economy goes to sh*t, or if another Republican like Kasich or Flake run as a 3rd candidate. That could throw a monkey wrench into the equation, and repeat the defeat of Bush in 92 with Perot in the mix.
