Mark Levin on Capitalism: ‘Only in America’ Can We Choose from Endless Kinds of Turkey

During his nationally-syndicated radio talk show, “The Mark Levin Show,” on Wednesday night, host Mark Levin told listeners a story about turkey, of all things.

“I was in this supermarket called Wegman’s today,” Levin began. “Man, you better, you better take your vitamins before you go in there. It is big. It’s like a football field. And I went in there to get some sliced turkey – not for me, but for Barney. Barney’s not feeling well, so I get him plain turkey, just a little bit to give him. There you go! That’s America. In North Korea, they eat dogs. In America, we feed dogs. See the difference?

“Anyway, so, said I need, I need plain turkey.

I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

Remember Bernie Sanders complaining about there being too many types of deodorants in stores?
I've read similar comments by other libs/leftists about going into grocery stores and confronted with too many choices for certain food items like cereal.
Because waiting in line for hours to purchase a single item that costs a large percentage of your income is much better than having multiple choices that are far cheaper and probably much better in quality.
Only braindead socialists think that way.
