I listened to the first portion ... up to the "Republicans are rock solid"!  That's definitely not true...Graham has pushed for re-opening the gov't for 3 weeks.  Murkowski is not on board with the shutdown.  IF the GOP was so in agreement, he would have had his wall a long time ago during the first year.
