MO: New St. Louis County prosecutor fires some staff (and won't prosecute criminals)

St. Louis city and St. Louis County are separate jurisdictions. The crime rate in the city is horrible, that's a given.

 The crime rate in the county is getting worse and worse in recent years - and this new Prosecuting Attorney who prefers not to prosecute offenders of the African-American persuasion isn't helping matters.
