Boy Scouts Lost 425,000 Boys One Week After 'Gender Neutral' Name Change

Boy Scouts of America on verge of filing for bankruptcy as membership numbers plummet

Boy Scout membership has plummeted since their liberal 'gender neutral' name change Earlier this month, it was revealed that the Boy Scouts of America, the 108-year-old organization synonymous with traditional American values, is on the verge of bankruptcy. A report by the Wall Street Journal revealed that a Chicago law firm, Sidley Austin, has been appointed to handle Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Reports of sinking membership have coincided with various controversies surrounding the organization, including the decision to change its name from Boy Scouts to the more "gender natural" Scouts BSA in a bid to encourage girls and transgenders to sign up as members.

My grandson was a Cub Scout in a troop sponsored by a local church.  When Boy Scouts decided to admit openly gay boys and staff the church severed that relationship. 

A lot of troops have either joined TrailLife or set up independent programs.  We decided we were finished with Scouts at that point. 

It's a shame.  It was a program that had done much good.

The day that TrailLife’s top award is as well known and well respected as Eagle then BSA will be dead.  Until that time, it will limp along.  The decisions that have been made by the national office will have little to no impact on the value of earning the Eagle; there’s 100 years of history and people can still discriminate between ridiculous national office policies and the work and dedication that the individual had to put in to earn their Eagle.

This has to be negatively affecting the Girl Scouts too. The Liberals goal of tearing down all American culture and traditions is making progress. They have significantly diminished the power of the Constitution, they have turned the Democrat Party into Communism, they have made the Scouts a gay front group, they have turned American Football into a Black grievance platform, the Church has become so watered down as to be meaningless, they have banned anything traditionally American or Christian from school, and they are just beginning. Until they can erase all American national historic traditions and culture, as they have done in Britain and Germany, they will never stop.

It's the New World Order. And it is on our doorstep.

Exactly. People don't ever see the pattern, or the big picture in all this.

Destroy institutions, you destroy the structure and fabric of society, which makes it weak and listless, and ripe for either breaking it down or taking it over.

This is the old Marxist/Hegelian playbook, wash, rinse, repeat.
