Judge Gives NO PRISON TIME to Man Who Shouted About Killing Jews While BRUTALLY BEATING Elderly Jewish Man
By Pamela Geller - on December 6, 2018
Jew Hatred: Myths and Lies, Modern Arguments to Age Old Hate

Imagine, if you will, if the man was shouting about killing Muslims while attacking an elderly Muslim. Daily attacks on Jews have skyrocketed, but get scant to no coverage. Manufactured “islamophobia” tales get national coverage — welcome to sharia.

This week we were force-fed the following garbage:

    Muslim family says driver made gestures, swerved into lane because of their religion
    CAIR demands McDonalds fire employees over teen gang incident
    Why Are Websites Matching Donations for CAIR, When Its Leaders Support Terrorism?

A man walked into a Jewish nursing home in the Bronx where he attacked and robbed an elderly man on his birthday. According to the NYPD, hate crimes against Jewish people in New York are up nearly 29 percent in 2017. That means that hate crimes against Jewish people now comprise 29 percent of all hate crimes in the city.elderly-man-abused-300x169

On December 2, Alen Califano apparently told the security guard at the door of The New Jewish Home University Avenue Assisted Living that he needed to use the restroom. After being allowed into the building by the security guard, he began going room to room.

At a Bronx court appearance Tuesday, Judge Nicholas Iacovetta said he wants Califano, who has alcohol and substance abuse problems, to go to an inpatient rehabilitation facility instead of serving jail time.

“Mr. Califano meets the diagnostic criteria … and treatment is appropriate,” Iacovetta said, adding, “An institutional incarceration in a correctional facility is not necessarily at this time.”

Prosecutors and a defense attorney for Califano consented to the judge’s proposal.

Califano is due back on Jan. 7 when he is expected to enter his guilty plea. Until then he needs to continue to go to an outpatient program and must stay out of trouble.

You know that judge needs his ass and face kicked just like the victim above had done to him in this crime.

This isn't isolated to this hate crime. The Mayor of NY directed everyone to give passes and no bail wherever and whenever possible...

@rangerrebew

Let's hope that guard is no longer employed there.

As for the judge,WTH? IF he actually "brutally beat a elderly man",Jew or non-Jew,how could that NOT be felony assault with intent to cause great bodily harm?

What does it take to remove judges from the bench in NYC,the right bribe to the right person?

Or are we not getting the full report here,and the judge found him not guilty due to mental problems,and committed him to a shrink tank instead of a prison?

@The Ghost

Ok,now that the full story is told and we know the attacker wasn't just set free,the story changes.

Seems to me the guy either completes the program before he goes before the judge again,or he WILL go to jail. You can bet he will also go to jail if he repeats this any time in the future.

Frank,I seriously doubt the Mayor of NYC has the actual authority to order judges to do that. Yeah,he CAN influence them to look with favor at bonding them out by cutting back on the jail budget to the point there is no money to feed them,but I side with the "If they are not actually dangerous,let them out on bail so they feed themselves instead of having the taxpayer feed them". If they commit more crimes while out on bail,then hammer them with multiple charges and actual hard time.

Perhaps not, but he can certainly instruct the DA’s offices to ask for personal recognizance only and to forbid them from asking for bail of any sort.  If nobody asks for bail to be set, it won’t.

True,but when you consider the number of criminals of one sort or another that lives in NYC,the budget of most countries wouldn't be enough to pay for housing and food for all the ones awaiting trial.

It would probably be cheaper to just build a tall wall with barbed wire on it to surround the whole city,and occasionally air drop food and supplies while waiting for them to kill enough of each other off to make it financially possibly to house and babysit the survivors in prison.
