More than 400 undocumented immigrants on Monday crossed the border to surrender to the U.S. Border Patrol in El Paso.
A group of men, women and children surrendered to agents along the Rio Grande levee next to the border fence in the Riverside area of the Lower Valley, said Agent Fidel Baca, an agency spokesman.

Lets follow is see what they do with them. If it is catch and release nothing has changed.
